Grizzly Man showed that a human could live in close quarters with bears, at least until winter gets close.
No one expects wild bears to tolerate some things invading their domains for even a second, though.
But this drone footage dropped jaws when a sloth of massive bears was caught chilling with the last thing anyone expected.
Lost and not so alone
For a Russian family living in the Kamchatka Peninsula, a nightmare recently became a reality.
One of their family members went missing.
Their beloved husky disappeared into the wilderness.
Every dog owner would admit that dogs, at times, behave in unexplainable ways.
Although most dog breeds have been domesticated for thousands of years, sometimes their wild instincts emerge.
Wild instincts emerge, and the drone footage is shocking
Every dog owner dreads losing their dog, fearing that they may never come back.
Instead of moping around, this family immediately took action, using any means necessary to find their cherished pet.
The biggest obstacle for this Russian family was living on the remote Kamchatka peninsula in the Far East of Russia, so needless to say, they had a lot of ground to cover.
However, after some diligent searching, the family found their beloved husky roaming around the wilderness of Kamchatka through the use of a drone.
The husky managed to survive by following a pack of bears, known as a sloth, feeding and hunting with them.
Outdoorsmen left scratching their heads
This bizarre relationship has scientists and ecologists baffled, given the drastic variance between the animals.
An Instagram user named @sailorjerrithedogtrainer recently posted a video of the clip, which has already gone viral and gained millions of views.
The video shows the husky roaming about without demonstrating much fear, and the bears do not seem to mind either.
This video footage demonstrates the unpredictability that exists in nature, something that every hunter and outdoorsman must keep in mind at all times.
Even routine hunting trips in familiar territory can take a turn for the worse if Mother Nature decides not to cooperate.
Although this interaction between the husky and the sloth of bears shocks scientists, these sorts of bizarre animal relationships emerge every now and then.
A simple social media search will show a long list of seemingly unthinkable relationships between animals of all types and sizes who rely on each other to survive and for simple companionship.
Even domesticated animals act in unpredictable ways
Although dogs and cats have undergone centuries of domestication, pets are still animals and tend to act in ways humans cannot always explain.
The viral footage of a family’s husky roaming the Siberian range demonstrates the lengths pets will go to unleash their inner beasts.
In order to prevent your cats and dogs from running away like this, it is suggested that you play with them constantly to stimulate them and keep them active.
Otherwise, they could run away to Siberia and find a family of bears to live with, or more likely, just run around your neighborhood looking for some extra treats.
